Delivery

Free to Montréal, Laval and Longueuil on any order of $400 or more. Assembled, and carried up to your floor — not left on the sidewalk.

When

Anything marked in stock is already in our Montréal warehouse. As soon as you order we call you to arrange the delivery together — we don’t hand you a date, we agree on one that works.

Anything not in stock is marked made to order: allow 2 to 3 weeks. We call you the moment it reaches the warehouse.

On the day

• We call the day before with a two-hour window.
• Two delivery people. They do stairs, spiral staircases included.
• The furniture is assembled in your home, and the packaging leaves with us.
• You inspect it before we go. If something is wrong, it goes back on the truck.

Montréal staircases

A sectional that won’t go up to the third floor happens — and it costs everyone. That’s why every large piece has a “Will it fit?” check on its page: enter your entrance type and your floor, and you’ll know before you order.

Outside the zone

We also deliver to Terrebonne, Brossard, Repentigny and the South Shore, with a fee based on distance. Call us for a price.
