This page is a template. The store’s actual policy has never been written down anywhere — not on the current site, not elsewhere. The terms below are a reasonable proposal for a Québec furniture retailer; they need the owner’s confirmation before launch.
14 days to change your mind
If the furniture isn’t right, call us within 14 days of delivery. We come and pick it up. It has to be in its original condition, unstained and undamaged.
What we can’t take back
- Unwrapped mattresses, for hygiene reasons — unless there’s a manufacturing defect
- Special orders and custom fabrics
- Clearance items sold “as is”, marked as such on the invoice
If it arrives damaged
Inspect it before the delivery team leaves. Damage found at delivery is our problem, not yours: the piece goes back on the truck and we replace it.
Warranty
One year on frames and mechanisms against manufacturing defects. Manufacturers’ warranties, longer on some mattresses, apply on top.
